I feel you, but i remember the time when i was in your situation. Trust me, with enough brain and patience you will outgrow most of the players here.
About the case of Acheron maps, they are not bots, its real people accounts which is logged/offattack with VIP status bought. Also with the gear you have on the attachment picture i wont even think about any pentagram.
I suggest you focus get max resets/high level, collect resources and get items to be more competitive so you can "steal" a spot from other player.
